The CEATI Women in Power Mentorship Triad

The CEATI Women in Power Mentorship Triad matches groups of three to four women in the power industry with different levels of expertise and experience, to facilitate networking, sharing common challenges and strategies for overcoming obstacles.

Mentoring Triads will meet virtually at least once every two months, but are welcome to communicate on a more regular basis. General guidance and discussion topics will be provided monthly.

The tenth year of this mentorship program will run from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. We'll kick things off with a welcome call on September 9, 2026.

Mentorship Triad Guidelines

  1. All women in the power industry are welcome to participate, not just CEATI Members.

  2. Based on the applications received, CEATI will do our best to form triads of three women (early, mid, late in career). In the event that we receive an uneven amount of applicants from a particular career level, we may be in touch to offer alternative solutions.

  3. All mentorship triads should meet virtually every 2 months, for a minimum of 6 calls during the program year.

  4. In preparation for the first meeting, CEATI will provide a list of starting questions and discussion points to be covered.

  5. All mentorship participants agree to respect the goals and objectives of the CEATI Women in Power Group, and understand that this program is solely for the purpose of networking with other women in the industry. The connections made through the mentorship triad should not be exploited for the purposes of marketing or selling any products or services.

  6. We will do our best to accommodate all applications, if we are unable to match everyone for this year, next year priority will be given to those who were not matched previously.
